Wedding Management

Here's the deal – we're not your typical wedding coordinators. We're more like your trusty sidekicks, dedicated to making your big day as fantastic as you've always imagined.

This package is for the couple who already has their wedding planning under control, but they realize it will be impossible to take care of all of the details on the day of by themselves.  One of our wedding planners will work with you during your final month of planning to finalize the wedding details and then be there on your wedding day to manage it all, so you and your family and friends can just ENJOY THE DAY! 

Some of the Services Included:

• Assistance in creating the wedding day itinerary

• Finalizing and confirming details with all vendors

• Directing the wedding rehearsal (as needed and per availability)

• Greeting and directing the vendors

• Overseeing ceremony and reception set-up

• Placement of standard wedding decor

• Coordinating the ceremony and reception based on the timeline

• Distributing final payments and/or tips to vendors

Starting at $1,850

Pricing is determined based on the location, size, and needs of each wedding. You will receive a quote after our initial consultation.
